AeroVerifyCA provides aircraft and helicopter history and lien check research reports based on publicly available Canadian government databases and licensed registry search services. Our reports are informational documents compiled by our research team. We are not a legal services firm and our reports do not constitute legal advice.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our reports by searching official government and licensed databases. However, AeroVerifyCA cannot guarantee that the databases we search are complete or current at the time of search. Registry records may contain errors, omissions, or may not reflect recent transactions that have not yet been recorded. Our reports should be used as part of broader due diligence and not as the sole basis for any transaction decision.
AeroVerifyCA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the report in question. We are not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages arising from reliance on our reports. The purchaser is responsible for conducting all necessary due diligence before completing any aircraft transaction.
Payment is due at time of order. If we are unable to locate any data for the registration number provided, we will issue a full refund. Once a report has been researched and delivered, it is non-refundable as the research work has been completed. Rush order fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Reports purchased from AeroVerifyCA are for the personal or business use of the purchaser only. Reports may not be resold, redistributed or published without our written consent. Each report is ordered for a specific aircraft registration and may not be applied to any other aircraft.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable Canadian jurisdiction.
