To renew online, you will need your:
- vehicle information (licence plate number and permit number, found on your green ownership document)
- insurance information (businesses only)
- odometer information
- Visa, Mastercard or PayPal
How to renew online
You can renew your licence plate online if you have:
- valid vehicle insurance
- a passenger vehicle, light duty commercial vehicle (under 3000 kgs), motorcycle, moped, or motorized snow vehicle
- no outstanding fines, penalties or tolls

You can print your receipt at the end of the transaction. If you provide your email, we will also send you a digital copy.
