What is a Canadian Aircraft Lien Check?+
A lien check searches Transport Canada's aircraft mortgage registry and all provincial PPSA registries to determine if any outstanding loans or financial claims exist against an aircraft. If you buy an aircraft with an undisclosed lien, the lender can legally repossess it from you even after purchase.
What is included in a Helicopter History Check?+
Our helicopter history check covers Transport Canada registration and full ownership chain, TC mortgage registry and all provincial PPSA lien searches, TSB accident investigation reports, CADORS incident database, airworthiness directives compliance, service difficulty reports for rotor and engine systems, and flight history records.
How long does a report take to deliver?+
Standard reports are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Complete reports including all 10 provincial PPSA searches are delivered within 48 hours. Rush processing is available on request — contact us via WhatsApp for urgent orders.
Is the free registration search on your homepage real data?+
The free preview tool on our homepage is a general illustration tool showing the type of information available. It is NOT a live real-time search of Transport Canada databases. Accurate lien status, full ownership history, accident records and PPSA search results are only available in a paid report researched manually by our team.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer for Canadian clients. All transactions are encrypted and secure. After payment you receive a confirmation email and our team begins your report immediately.
Do you cover all Canadian provinces?+
Yes. Our Standard and Complete packages cover the Transport Canada federal aircraft mortgage registry plus all 10 provincial PPSA registries — Ontario, BC, Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
Can you check aircraft that were previously registered in the USA?+
Yes. Our Standard and Complete packages include an FAA cross-border check which reviews previous US registration history, US accident records and prior US ownership for aircraft that were imported from the United States to Canada.
What format is the report delivered in?+
All reports are delivered as professional PDF documents to your email address. Reports are clearly formatted and suitable for sharing with lawyers, brokers, lenders and other parties involved in your aircraft transaction.
Do you offer broker or volume pricing?+
Yes. We offer discounted monthly packages for aircraft brokers, flight schools, aviation lawyers and other frequent users. Visit our Broker Accounts page or contact us to discuss a volume arrangement that suits your needs.
What if I need a rush report?+
Rush reports (under 12 hours) are available for an additional fee. Contact us via WhatsApp immediately after ordering and we will prioritize your report. Rush availability depends on current order volume.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?+
If we are unable to locate any information for the registration number you provide, we will issue a full refund. If information is found and delivered, reports are non-refundable as the research work has been completed. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.
How do I know the report data is accurate?+
All data in our reports is sourced directly from official Canadian government databases — Transport Canada, TSB, and CADORS — plus provincial PPSA registries accessed through licensed search providers. We do not use third-party data aggregators for our searches.
